Making an Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza is NOT as difficult as you might think. It requires way less effort and cooking skills compared to regular pizzas, and you can build it right in your air fryer. This 4-ingredient tortilla pizza will be your go-to snack when you’re in a pinch! Plus, not only is it cheap, but it’s low carb, so you can satisfy your crunchy cravings.

Choosing Your Air Fryer Pizza Tortilla

When you go to the tortilla aisle, it’s usually filled with tons of options. Between the 10 different brands, low-carb, corn, or flour, there are too many. My recommendation is to either buy the cheapest OR by a thin or fluffy tortilla based on your preference. Unlike regular pizza where the crust is important, tortilla pizza is built different. You’re unlikely to taste the tortilla, with the sauce and toppings, and it will only determine your crunchiness.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 6-10" Flour tortillas (whole wheat, corn or regular)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F
  • Prepare the Tortillas: Place the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Optional: Add second tortilla or extra carbs or crispiness
  • Add Cheese and Toppings: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Make-uh da Pizza: Place the assembled tortilla pizzas in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
